2024 President's Report

Reasons for Chapter Reporting
The Frontiersmen Camping Fellowship involves a unique blend of spiritual growth, community building, and personal development. Success in FCF isn’t solely about achieving tangible goals or accolades but is deeply rooted in the spiritual journey and the impact one has on others. This fellowship emphasizes living out Christian values through service, leadership, and outdoor skills, reflecting the pioneering spirit of early American frontiersmen. Success is measured by how well members embody these values, mentor younger members, and contribute to their communities, fostering a sense of brotherhood and faith.

Planning for the future in FCF involves setting goals that align with spiritual growth and community service. This includes developing programs that encourage members to deepen their faith, enhance their skills, and engage in meaningful service projects. It also means preparing the next generation of leaders who can carry forward the mission of the fellowship. By focusing on these aspects, FCF ensures that its members are not only prepared for the challenges of the future but are also equipped to make a positive impact in their communities, living out their faith in practical and transformative ways.

In FCF we changed our reporting cycle in order to support the larger vision of Royal Rangers. Doing so will allow our reported numbers to coincide with those gathered in the ministry dashboard presented at LEAD 2013. We changed our reporting from calendar based to school year based, so this report includes data for the 2023/2024 school year. The chapter report needs to be completed by Sep. 30th, 2024. You should go back and use data starting from September 1st, 2023 through August 31st, 2024. I look forward to learning how God can use this data in conjunction with the other sources in the Dashboard to provide those “road conditions” we can take before Him in prayer.

To quote the Organizational Leaders Notebook:

Dashboard: how you measure success and plan for the future
Wise leaders cry out to God asking, “Give me wisdom and knowledge that I may lead” (2 Chronicles 1:10). God gives leaders direction when they depend on Him. He helps them in many ways. One is making sense of the data they collect, measure, analyze, and pray over. The dashboard does not provide direction, only God can do that; it certainly does give leaders “road conditions” to take before God because the Holy Spirit anoints knowledge.

2012 President's Report

"If we can’t measure it, we really don’t know much about it. If we don’t know much about it, we can’t control it. If we can’t control it, we are at the mercy of chance." from SixSigmaHelp.com. It's that time of year again when we must report on the great things God has done through our FCF ministries. Will your chapter get a Five Star rating this year? Will you're Territory win the "Hawkeye" award? Get your facts straight and turn them in here. Each chapter president will have a special link that they can use to access their chapter page. Each Territorial Rep will also have a link so they can track their chapters and provide the necessary motivation to move things along.
